Carlos drives Ventilators Plus’ overall strategic vision while overseeing all facets of the company’s operations. He originally started servicing life support systems in 1989 for a national respiratory rental company, and his passion grew into a promising career and eventually starting his own business in 2006. His 32 years of extensive experience in technical service, operations, marketing and customer communications with fortune 500 high-tech companies prompted him to open shop in this niche market.

Carlos has a 3-year education in Business Administration, Economics & Risk Management and a BS in Electronics Engineering. He also holds 14 OEM factory certifications from major ventilator manufacturers in the US.

Outside of work he enjoys going to the beach, eating out and riding his jet skis on the Colorado River with his family. Carlos is powered by coffee & a good dirty martini.
