Carlos drives Ventilators Plus’ overall strategic vision while overseeing all facets of the company’s operations. He originally started servicing life support systems in 1989 for a national respiratory rental company, and his passion grew into a promising career and eventually starting his own business in 2006. His 25 years of extensive experience in technical service, operations, marketing and customer communications with fortune 500 high-tech companies prompted him to open shop in this niche market.
Carlos has a 3-year education in Business Administration, Economics & Risk Management and a BS in Electronics Engineering. He also holds 14 OEM factory certifications from major ventilator manufacturers in the US.
Outside of work he enjoys going to the beach, eating out and riding his jet skis on the Colorado River with his family. Carlos is powered by coffee & a good dirty martini.
Gonzalo runs our depot shop at Ventilators Plus. Gonzalo is responsible for ensuring that all of customers outgoing equipment pass our rigorous quality assurance process. He also repairs & overhauls ventilators at our service depot.
He graduated from ITT with an Associates degree in Electronic Engineering and has 10 years of customer service experience. He has extensive experience in ventilator troubleshooting, repairs and is OEM certified with several manufacturers.
When not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and attending LA Dodgers baseball games. He also enjoys bowling and restoring classic and import cars.
Field Service Engineer
Michael Faucher (pronounced Fo Shay, its French) is a senior member of our field service team. Each day he’s out taking care of our customer’s technical needs on site (usually hospitals). He performs on site ventilator repairs, maintenance and safety inspections within the Western Region of the US.
He brings many years of experience and enjoyed repairing electronics since childhood. He graduated from ITT with an Associates degree in Computer & Electronics Engineering.
Away from Ventilators Plus, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
Field Service Engineer
Rod is our Field Service Engineer in Texas, and has a long history working in the field on respiratory equipment. He performs on site ventilator repairs, maintenance and safety inspections within the Midwest Region of the US.
As a graduate of Control Data Institute, he began his field service career in the late seventies and earned his Associates degree in Business Administration from AIU in 2008. He has a passion for customer satisfaction and has traveled throughout the country.
On his days off, you'll likely find Rod on Lake Whitney on his pontoon boat, playing golf or hunting fossils. His favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys and hopes to see them play in their new stadium someday.
Cristina joined the Ventilators Plus Team in 2015 as Adminstrative Coordinator with a background in Administrative Support and Customer Service along with a strong work Ethic. She is a great fit and has always enjoyed helping people, her philosophy is treat people the way you want to be treated.
She also enjoys running and likes to participate in an occasional marathon, but most importantly spending quality time with her family.
Field Service Engineer
Kevin combines a solid work ethic and fresh perspective, to lead the Quality Assurance (QA) program for our Service Dept. His position requires an attention to detail while still being able to work in a fast paced environment, something he is well familiar with coming from a background in carpentry and the restaurant industry. Though maintaining our level of quality is a full-time job in itself, Kevin also manages to assist his fellow technicians wiht troubleshooting or problem solving tasks on a daily basis.
As a Southern California native (Chino Hills), Kevin is an avid golfer and also enjoys going to the beach, skateboarding and campling. When he's not spending time outdoors, Kevin also likes playing guitar and expanding his collection of exotic fish.

Noah runs our San Dimas warehouse and parts inventory for Ventilators Plus. He is responsible for receiving all incoming equipmentment at our Service Center and managing our ventilator parts inventory.
He enjoys many things but of the many things he enjoys, he would say that family and physical activities are a couple of particular favorites. He enjoys sports and work mostly because he is pretty good at either of those activities.
